Getting on a horse doesn't have to be a huge challenge.
Pat's lessons for beginners follow a safe & structured program that will guide you at your own pace.  Learn English or Western Riding styles with the aim to become a skilled & competent rider, to show & compete, or simply gain enough skills to enjoy a safe & smooth trail ride with your friends.  School Horses are available for lessons & lease.

Riding Instruction covers:
relating to horses with confidence on the ground
signals & communication
posture, balance & stability
horse health, care, grooming, feeding
equipment & tack care

Pat offers coaching to dedicated riders who want to excel at the art of riding and horsemanship. Pat is a Level 2 Coach/Trainer, certified to coach students up to the Equine Canada Intermediate level.

Equine Canada Rider Levels:
Pat mentors students to gain Rider Levels 1-8 certificates as well as the Provincial Instructor Certification.  Pat is able to do all testing but please aquire paperwork directly from Equine Canada.  School horses are available for testing.

Lessons Fee Schedule
Private: $40, 1 rider, 45mins
Semi Private: $35, 1-3 riders, 1hr
Group $30, 3-5 riders, 1.5 hrs

Lesson rental horses are an additional $10 per lesson.
Lease Horses are available at $350 per month - for lessons, practice & trail riding outside of lessons.





Summer Riding Camps for Kids & Young Adults
Kids Camps are an intensive & fun summer learning experience. With horse riding instruction, husbandry, trail rides & summer activities. Lunch is provided.  Runs for four consecutive days from 9am-5pm.
$400 per person with own horses - 6-10 students.
$50 extra per day per person for horse & equipment rental
$10 / day for room & board with kids cleaning pens & watering.

Coaching at Horse Shows
Warm up $40/ day
Lessons at grounds befores show starts: $40

Certificate Rider Levels are $75 per level (examination)
Mentoring & Evaluation for lesson structure is $40/hr

Horses available for lease
Year Round Lease: $350/month
Spring & Summer Lease: $400/month
